f you are not 100% satisfied with your HoWeDid subscription, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Your refund will be subject to a processing charge of either $85.00, or payment for the first month of service (calculated at the Monthly Subscription rate) - whichever costs less.
Refunds requested more than 7 days after your initial sign-up date will not be issued unless the transaction was the result of a fraudulent purchase.
Once we notify you that you have been issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card or Paypal statement within 5 business days. Howedid.com reserves the right to disable any HoWeDid Account that is issued a refund for services.
Accounts that are created using a coupon for 100% off of the first month’s service fee are subject to a credit card authorization for $0.01.
